What's it like being an IPM Technician?

In 2018 it is estimated that pest control is a 18 billion dollar market which is expected to grow to 30 billion by 2030.  Integrated Pest Management is a more intelligent and environmentally safe approach to this industry.  Where the corporate "exterminators" invest in sneaky sales and cheap labor - we invest in our employees development and education.  A IPM Technician needs an extensive knowledge and understanding of entomology, chemistry, and biology.

Most of our time is spent inspecting both residential and commercial structures for wood destroying insects and other occasional intruders.  Other times we are treating or maintaining structures.  If you enjoy nature and are self driven this is a very rewarding profession!

We do things a little different around here as we also operate a apiary where we raise honey bees!  Minimizing this industries impact on the environment is our utmost concern!  Take a look below at some open positions we have available!
