Honey bees are 1 of 300 species of bees in Pennsylvania. Most of these are not aggressive, mind their own business, and work fulltime jobs. A recent study named them the most beneficial organism on the planet. Not only are they amazing pollinators they also help with pest control… and we appreciate ALL the help that we get! This is why proper identification is SO important in our field. It’s not your job to know the difference between a good bee and bad hornet… but it’s your responsibility to hire someone who does!
