We also treat hotspots like windows, doors, eaves, and foundations. We focus on IPM (Integrated Pest Management), which means smarter pest control with fewer chemicals.

Most homes benefit from quarterly service (once every 90 days), but seasonal needs may vary. If you’ve had recent activity (like ants or mice), we may recommend monthly visits for a short period to break the cycle before moving to a maintenance schedule.

Yes. We offer one-time and short-term treatments for specific issues, though ongoing service provides more reliable long-term protection. One-time treatments tend to be more expensive than schedule preventative treatments. Being proactive pays off!
